Ziora Foundation ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us — for example, your name, email address, or phone number when you contact us, volunteer, or partner with us. Where we run health programmes, any health information is collected and handled under the direction of qualified clinicians and applicable medical confidentiality standards.
Donations
When you donate online we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and gift details so we can process your donation and send your receipt. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Paystack. Your card, bank and Mobile Money details go directly to Paystack and are never seen or stored by us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and follow up on partnership or volunteer interest
- To process donations, send receipts, and manage recurring gifts
- To deliver and improve our programmes
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a registered NGO
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted partners directly involved in delivering a programme, or where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To do so, contact us at ziorafoundation@gmail.com.
